(1) The University shall be open to all persons of whatever race, religion, creed, caste or class subject to the provisions in sub-clause (2) of this section. (2) Nothing in this section shall prevent the University from making any special provision / reservations for the administration, appointments, and admission of students, or persons belonging to Christian Minority Community which can not exceed 50 per cent
