(1) If any question arises as to whether any person has been duly elected or appointed or is entitled to be, a member of any authority or other body of the University, the matter shall be referred to the Chancellor for decision. (2) A person aggrieved by the decision of Chancellor may prefer an appeal to the Visitor within thirty days of the decision of the Chancellor and the Visitor's decision shall be final.
