On the commencement of the University the constitution of the Sam Higginbottom Institute of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences (Deemed University), bye-laws and rules in force immediately before such commencement, shall mutatis mutandis apply to the University unless amended or rescinded by the Board of Management and Senate of the University.
