(1) Every employee of the University shall be appointed under a written contract and such contracts shall not be inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, Statutes and the Ordinances made thereunder. (2) The contract referred to in sub-section (1) shall be lodged with the University and a copy thereof shall be furnished to the employee concerned.
