(1) Any dispute arising out of a contract (for job in the University) between the University and any employee of the University shall on the request of the employee be referred to a tribunal of Arbitration which shall consist of one member nominated by the Board of Management, one member nominated by the employee concerned and a umpire to be nominated by the Chancellor. (2) The decision of the Tribunal shall be final. (3) The procedure for regulating the work of the Tribunal of Arbitration shall be such as may be prescribed.
