(I) The University shall start operation only after the State Government issues Notification regarding inception/ incorporation of University under this Act. Upon such notification, the University shall apply to the concerned authority for derecognition of status of Deemed University. (2) The State Government shall circulate the inception/ incorporation of the University to the University Grants Commission, councils, associations and all concerned Statutory Bodies, Government and Organizations in this regard.
