(1) The Pro Vice-Chancellors as mentioned hereunder shall be appointed by the Chancellor on the recommendation of the Vice-Chancellor and shall assist the Vice-Chancellor in the matters as may be assigned by the ViceChancellor— (a) Pro Vice-Chancellor (Academic Affairs). (b) Pro Vice-Chancellor (Administration). (2) The emoluments and other terms and conditions of service of the Pro Vice-Chancellors shall be as may be decided by the Senate.
