Minimum Standards of U.G.C./I.C.A.R (1) The University shall maintain minimum standard of Higher and Professional Education as laid down by the University Grants Commission (U.G.C.)/Indian Council of Agricultural Research (I.C.A.R.) and other Statutory Councils, from time to time. (2) The minimum qualifications for appointment of teachers will be in accordance with the norms communicated by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research/University Grants Commission and other statutory councils as may be applicable. (3) The service conditions of teaching and non-teaching staff shall be such so may be prescribed.
