The Finance Comptroller shall be full time salaried officer of the University and be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor with prior approval of the Senate and shall work under the supervision and control of the Vice-Chancellor. The Finance Comptroller shall-- (a) manage Finances of the University; (b) preparation of annual budget, estimate and statements for approval of the Treasurer, the Finance Committee and the Board of Management; (c) perform such other functions as may be assigned to him by the ViceChancellor.
