Delegation of powers by Executive Officer or medical officer of health.

<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><b>62. ¹[</b>(1) With the sanction of the President an Executive Officer or a Medical Officer of Health may empower, by general or special order, any servant of the Municipality to exercise, under his control, any power, other than a power delegated to him under clause (f) of sub-section (1) of section 60 conferred on him by or under this Act.<b>]</b><br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(2) An order by the Executive Officer <b>²[</b>or medical officer of health<b>]</b> under sub-section (1) may prescribe any condition and impose any restriction in respect of the exercise of any power.<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(3) Any order passed by a servant of the Municipality in the exercise of a power conferred on him under sub-section (1) shall be liable to rescission or revision by the executive officer <b>[</b>or medical officer of health<b>]²</b> , <b>³[</b>or museum<b>]</b>. <br>
