13-K. (1) No Civil Court shall have jurisdiction- (a) to entertain or adjudicate upon any question whether any person is or is not entitled to be registered in an electoral roll of a ward; or 1[(b) to question the legality of any action taken by or under the authority of the State Election Commission in respect of preparation or publication of electoral roll or ] (c) to question the legality of any action taken or any decision given by the Returning Officer or by another officer appointed under this Act in connection with an election. (2) No election shall be called in question except by an election petition presented in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
