11-C. (1) The State Government may, after consulting the Municipality concerned, by a subsequent order, alter or amend the final order under sub-section (3) of section 11-B. ] 1[(2) For the alteration or amendment of any order under subsection (1), the provisions of sub-section (2) and (3) of Section 11-B shall mutatis mutandis apply.]
