Where any dispute arises as regards the ownership of any property mentioned in section 34 between a 2[ Gram Panchayat ] and any person, the1[ Gram Panchayat ] shall give such persons a reasonable opportunity of being heard and then decide whether to treat the said property as the property of the 2[ Gram Panchayat ]
