107. 1 [ x x x ] (2) No civil case or prosecution shall be entertained in any court against a Gram Panchayat or any member or officer thereof of any person acting under its or his direction in respect of anything in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or any rule or by-laws made thereunder./hr
