span@34.@/(1) Subject to any special reservation made by the State Government, all public property situated within the jurisdiction of a 1[ Gram Panchayat ] and shall, with all other property which may become vested in the 2[ Gram panchayat ], be under its direction, management and control.span@ (2) All markets and fairs or such portion thereof as are held upon public land shall be managed and regulated by the [ Gram Panchayat ]and the 2[ Gram Panchayat ] shall receive to the credit of the Gram Fund all dues levied or imposed in respect thereof.
