b@ 108.Every police officer shall give immediate information to Gram Panchayat of an offence coming to his knowledge which has been committed against this Act or any rule or by-law made there under and shall assist all members and servants of the Gram Panchayat 4 [ x x x ] in the exercise of their lawful authority.
