Summary

In the Uttar Pradesh Industrial Housing Act, 1955, in section 3- (a) in sub-section (1) after the words "Uttar Pradesh Avas and Vikas Parishad" the words "established under the Uttar Pradesh Avas Evam Vikas Parishad Adhiniyam, 1965 or Uttar Pradesh Rural Housing Board established under the Uttar Pradesh Rural Housing Board Act, 1983" shall be inserted; (b) in sub-section (3), after the words "Uttar Pradesh Avas Evam Vikas Adhiniyam 1965", the words "or the Uttar Pradesh Rural Housing Board Act,1983" shall be inserted.
