(1) After the programme has been sanctioned by the State Government under section 26, the Board shall, subject to the provisions of section 28, proceed to execute the housing scheme included in the programme. (2) The Board may execute any of the matters provided in a housing scheme through any independent agency. (3) Nothing in sub-section (1) and sub-section (2) shall be construed to prohibit the Board from employing any agency of the State Government or of a local authority with the consent of that Government or authority, as the case may be, in the erecution of any, housing scheme.
