(1) The District Judge of each district shall constitute the Tribunal for the purpose of this Act. (2) The Tribunal shall follow such procedure as may be prescribed. (3) Every order of the Tribunal for payment of any amount or for the delivery of possession over any immovable property or for the removal of any structure from such property shall be deemed to be a decree of the civil court and shall be executable as such. (4) The proceedings before the Tribunal shall be deemed to be judicial proceedings within the meaning of sections 193 and 228 of the Indian Penal Code. (5) The member of the Tribunal shall be entitled to such remuneration as may be prescribed.
