The Board may at any time vary any programme or any part thereof sanctioned by the State Government: Provided that no such variation as affects the scope or purpose of any housing scheme included in such programme shall be made without the previous sanction of the State Government and the provisions of section 26 shall mutatis mutandis apply to such variation.
