(1) Any local authority to whom a copy of the notice has been sent under clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 18 may, within sixty days from the receipt of the copy of the notice, file any objection against the scheme. (2) Any person on whom a notice under section 19 has been served may, within thirty days from the service of the notice, or within such further time as the Board may, for sufficient cause, allow, make an objection in writing to the Board against the scheme or the proposed acquisition. (3) Any other person may file an objection against the scheme within the time specified in the notice under section 18.
