1[49. No civil court shall have jurisdiction- (a) to entertain or adjudicate upon the question whether any person is or is not entitled to be registered in an electoral roll for a ward; or [(b) to question the legality of any action taken by or under the authority of the State Election Commission in respect of preparation and publication of electoral roll; or (c) to question the legality of any action taken or of any decision given by the Nirvachan Adhikari (Returning Officer) or by any other person appointed under this Act in connection with an election.]
