( 1) A committee constituted under clause (e) of section 5 shall consist of as many members not exceeding twelve as the 1[Corporation] may determine. (2) Subject to the directions, if any, of the State Government in this behalf, the members of a committee referred to in sub-section (1) shall elect from among themselves a Chairman and a Vice-Chairman and shall fill any casual vacancy in the office of Chairman or Vice-Chairman by fresh election. (3) The provisions relating to the term and manner of election of members of Executive Committee shall, as far as may by, apply to a committee constituted under clause (e) of section 5.
