1[24. A person shall not be qualified for being chosen as, and for being a 1[Corporator] unless he- (a) is and elector in the City ; (b) has attained the age of twenty one years ; and (c) belongs in respect of a seat reserved for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, backward classes or women, to such category, as the case may be.]
