The 1[Corporation authorities charged with carrying out the provisions of this Act for each City shall be- (a) the 2[Corporation] ; 3[ (aa) the Ward Committees] ; (b) an Executive Committee of the 2[Corporation] ; 4[(bb) The 5[Mayor] ; c) a Development Committee of the 2[Corporation] ; 6[(d) a Municipal Commissioner and one or more Additional Municipal Commissioner appointed for the Corporation under this Act ]; (e) in the event of the 2[Corporation] establishing or acquiring electricity supply or public transport undertaking or other public utility services, such other committee or committees of the 2[Corporation] as the 2[Corporation] may with the previous sanction of the State Government establish with respect thereto.
