(1) A 1[Zila Panchayat] or a 1[Kshettra Panchayat] may at any time call for from any of its committees and likewise a committee may call for from any of its sub-committees, a report of or extract from the proceedings of such committee or sub-committee or as the case may be, any return. (2) The committee or sub-committee, as the case may be, shall with all convenient speed, comply with the request made under subsection (1).
