81. It shall be the duty of Pramukh - (a) unless provided otherwise by this Act or prevented by reasonable cause ; (i) to convene and preside at all meetings of the 1[Kshettra Panchayat] and of such of its committees as may be prescribed in this behalf ; (ii) otherwise to control in accordance with any regulation made in this behalf the transaction of business at all meetings of the 1[Kshettra Panchayat] ; (b) to watch over the financial and superintend the executive administration of 2[the Kshettra Panchayat and bring to the notice of the Kshettra Panchayat any defect therein ; and] (c) to perform such other duties as are required or imposed on him under this Act or the rules made thereunder or any other law for the time being in force.
<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><b>81.</b> It shall be the duty of Pramukh -<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(a) unless provided otherwise by this Act or prevented by reasonable cause ;<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(i) to convene and preside at all meetings of the <b><sup>1</sup></b>[Kshettra Panchayat] and of such of its committees as may be prescribed in this behalf ;<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(ii) otherwise to control in accordance with any regulation made in this behalf the transaction of business at all meetings of the <b><sup>1</sup></b>[Kshettra Panchayat] ;<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(b) to watch over the financial and superintend the executive administration of <b><sup>2</sup></b>[the Kshettra Panchayat and bring to the notice of the Kshettra Panchayat any defect therein ; and]<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(c) to perform such other duties as are required or imposed on him under this Act or the rules made thereunder or any other law for the time being in force. <br>
