75. (1) A Committee may appoint one or more sub-committees for examination and report on any matter with which it is concerned or for discharging any of its functions. (2) The composition and term of a sub-committee shall be such as may be decided by the Committee. (3) The report or action of the sub-committee shall be deemed to be the report or action of the Committee, if approved by it.
