Any officer of the Authority may with or without assistance enter into any land in order to- (a) Make any inspection, survey, measurement or enquiry; (b) Take level; (c) Dig or bore into sub-soil; (d) Set out boundaries and intended lines of any works; (e) Mark such levels, boundaries and lines by placing marks and cutting trenches; or (f) Do any other thing necessarily for the purposes of this Act or any rule or regulation.
