Members, officers and servants of the Authority to the public servants (Act 45 of 1860)

<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>All members, officers and servants of the Authority whether representing or appointed by the Authority of the State Government shall be deemed, when acting or a purporting to act in pursuance of the provisions of this Act to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of Indian Penal Code. <br>
