Grant and subventions to the Authority.

<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(1) The State Government may, after the appropriation by law by the State Legislature, from time to time, make grants and subventions to the Authority for the purposes of this Act on such terms and conditions as the State Government may determine.<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(2) The State Government shall not make any subventions, grants and loans to any Board or any other body or individual for any of the purposes included in the approved plan, except through the Authority. <br>
