(1) All recognized teaching in connection with the degrees, diplomas and certificates of the university, shall be conducted under the control of the General Council, by the teachers of the university, in accordance with the syllabus prescribed by the regulations. (2) The courses and curricula and the authorities responsible for organizing such teaching shall be as prescribed by the regulations.
