(1) The Executive Council shall prepare the annual report containing such particulars as the General Council may specify, covering each financial year and submit it to the General Council on or before such date as may be prescribed by regulations. The General Council may pass resolutions thereon and the Executive Council shall take action in accordance therewith. The action taken shall be intimated to the General Council. 1[(2) The university shall submit the copies of the annual report along with the resolution of the General Council thereon to the State Government within one year from the conclusion of the academic year. The State Government shall lay the same before both Houses of the State Legislature at their next earliest session.]
