The following shall be the officers of the university, namely :- (i) the Vice-Chancellor ; (ii) the Registrar ; 1[(iii) the Head of the Departments or Centers of the university ;] (iv) the Finance and Accounts Officer; and (v) such other officers as may be prescribed by the regulations.
