The following shall be the Authorities of the university :- (i) the General Council ; (ii) the Executive Council ; (iii) the Academic Council ; 1[(iv) the Finance Committee ; (iv-a) the Planning Board ; (iv-b) the Building Committee; and] (v) such other authorities as may be declared as such by the regulations.
