(1) The Chancellor shall, at least once in every five years, constitute a commission to review the working of the university and to make recommendations. (2) The commission shall consist of not more than three eminent educationists, one of whom shall be the Chairman of such commission, appointed by the Chancellor in consultation with the State Government. (3) The terms and conditions of appointment of the members shall be such as the Chancellor may determine. (4) The commission shall, after holding such enquiry as it deems fit, make its recommendations to the Chancellor. (5) The Chancellor may take such action on the recommendations as it deems fit.
