Provisions of sections 43, 44 and 45 to apply to transfer of ownership under section 46.

<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>Save as provided in sub-section (<i>2</i>) of section 46, the provisions of sub-section (<i>4</i>) to (<i>15</i>) of section 43, section 44 and sub-sections (<i>2</i>), (<i>3</i>), (<i>4</i>) and (<i>5</i>) of section 45 shall <i>mutatis mutandis</i> apply to the transfer of ownership of land under section 46.<br>
