(1) This Act may be called the 1[Maharashtra Tenancy and Agricultural Lands (Vidarbha Region) Act.] 2[(2) This Act extends to the Vidarbha Region of the State of Maharashtra]. (3) It shall come into force on such 3date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
