Save as expressly provided in this Act or as provided in the Co-operative Societies Act, 1912 (II of 1912), for the recovery of loans permitted under section 33, any interest in the land held by him as a tenant shall not be liable to be attached, seized or sold in execution of a decree or order of a Civil Court.
