The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, direct that the provisions of sections 22 and 23 shall apply,- (a) to the dwelling houses or sites thereof occupied by agricultural labourers and artisans; or (b) to the lands held on lease by person, carrying on an allied pursuit for the purpose of such pursuit, in any particular area specified in the notification.
<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>The State Government may, by notification in the <i>Official Gazette</i>, direct that the provisions of sections 22 and 23 shall apply,- <br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>a</i>) to the dwelling houses or sites thereof occupied by agricultural labourers and artisans; or<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><i>(b)</i> to the lands held on lease by person, carrying on an allied pursuit for the purpose of such pursuit, in any particular area specified in the notification. <br>
