9. No person , whether individually or collectively or in collusion with solver gang, shall influence or attempt to influence any public examination, by threat, inducement, allurement, obstruction or use of force to any member of inspection team, supervisory staff, officer or person appointed, entrusted, engaged, associated by examination authority for conduct of public examination, from performing lawful duty or from entering into any examination centre.
