24. (1) The State Government may, by notification in the Gazette, make rules not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, for carrying out the purposes of this Act. (2) In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:- (a) declaration of result of examinee found to use or in indulgence of unfair means under section 3; (b) enquiry of examinee under sub-section (2) of section 4; (c) manner of specifying sanctioning authority under sub-section (3) of section 4; and (d) any matter which is to be or may be prescribed or in respect of which provision is to be made by rules under this Act.
