23. The provisions of Chapter XXXI of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Act no. 46 of 2023) shall, mutatis mutandis, apply to an appeal against any judgment or order passed by a competent Court under the provisions of this Act.
