8. The following shall, individually or collectively with more than one or all of the following, be prohibited to assist or attempt to assist any examinee in use of or indulgence in unfair means in public examination :- (i) officer or employee of examination authority ; (ii) management or staff of the institution specified for conduct of public examination or entrusted with the works pertaining to public examination; and (iii) solver gang.
