(1) All recognized teaching in connection with any degree, diploma, certificate award, distinction of the University shall be conducted by the teachers of the University under the general supervision of the Executive Council and the Academic Council. (2) The authorities responsible for such teaching shall be such as may be provided in the Ordinances.
