(1) There shall be such other officers in the University who shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor in such manner as may be provided for by the Statutes or Ordinances or Regulations or Rules. (2) The terms and conditions of service including the salaries and allowances of such other Officers of the University and required qualification for appointment to such post shall be such as may be decided and approved by the Governing Board. (3) The powers and functions including the required qualification and procedure for appointment of such other officers shall be provided by the Statutes.
