(1) The Governing Board shall meet not less than three times in a financial year, other than for convocation, on dates to be fixed by the Chancellor. At least one of such meetings shall be held before the last day of March and the last meeting of the financial year so held shall be called the annual general meeting. The Governing Board may also meet at such other times as it may, from time to time, be required. (2) One-third of the total number of members of the Governing Board present, shall be a quorum for a meeting of the Governing Board; Provided that such quorum shall not be required at convocation. (3) The Chancellor may, whenever he thinks fit, and shall also, upon a requisition in writing signed by not less than fifty percent of the members of the Governing Board, convene a meeting of the Governing Board. A meeting on such requisition shall be held within fifteen days of the receipt of the requisition by the Chancellor, excluding the date of receipt.
