(1) It shall be the responsibility of the Appropriate Authority to supply water as per the Applicable Water Use Entitlement, in the prescribed manner to the Water Users’ Associations on the bulk basis measured volumetrically. (2) It shall be the responsibility of the Water Users’ Association to supply water equitably in its area of operation as per the Applicable Water Entitlement of each member.
