(1) There shall be an Agreement between the Water Users Association (WUA) and the upper level Water Users Association or the Canal Officer of the rank of Superintending Engineer or Executive Engineer as the case may be, within three months of the constitution of the concerned Water Users Association. Such Agreement shall contain the contents mentioned in section 29. (2) Such agreement shall be valid for such period as may be prescribed.
