26. (1) The Finance Committee shall consist of the following members, namely: - (i) the Vice-Chancellor, who shall be the chairperson thereof; (ii) two members of the Board (one of them shall be a Government nominee of the Board), to be nominated by the Board; (iii) the Director (Finance); (iv) one expert in the field of finance, to be nominated by the Board; (v) one professor, by rotation, to be nominated by the Board; (vi) one Head Coach, by rotation to be nominated by the Board. (2) The Registrar shall be the Secretary of the Committee. (3) The term of office of the members nominated under clauses (ii), (iv), (v) and (vi) shall be three years.

(2) The Registrar shall be the Secretary of the Committee.<br> (3) The term of office of the members nominated under clauses (ii), (iv), (v) and (vi) shall be three years.<br>
